  1. Go to setting then select all settings.
  2. Now select the network option.
  3. Select your connection type (wifi/wired).
  4. From the bottom select the edit option.
  5. Now uncheck set automatically.
  6. Scroll down to DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 and press enter.

  1. There are four steps under the title “Fix your internet connection”. After “Turn your TV off for 15 – 20 minutes” I would add “Remove all HDMI and USB devices from the TV”. That’s what worked for me.
