BT Error Code TS-0003: Fixed

British Telecom is a telecommunications company that provides a wide range of services, including fixed line and mobile services, broadband, TV and IT services. Besides these services, BT also introduced a webmail/email service for BT users with some different features.

However, we’ve seen some users reporting that they get an error while signing into their BT Email account.

What is Error Code TS-0003?

BT Error Code TS-0003 is a general error code that is usually caused by an issue with the BT or VPN network. 

Moreover, an issue with the user’s BT account or a problem with the user’s broadband connection can also be the cause of Error Code TS-0003.

How To Fix BT Error Code TS-0003?

To fix BT webmail error code TS-0003, you’ve to disconnect the VPN you’re using, access your BT email account from a different browser, and another way is to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. 

Reboot and Re-login to your BT account

The first thing you need to do is, reboot your web browser and re-login to your BT account. Here’s how to do it;

  • Close your Web browser and wait for 10-15 seconds.
  • Now, open the web browser and visit the BT Email Sign-in page.
  • After that, sign in with your credentials and check if Error Code appears on the screen.

Disconnect the VPN

As we stated, it is a VPN-related issue, and if you’re using a VPN for a secure and encrypted connection, you need to disable it. To do so;

  • Head to your VPN connection and click on the Disable/Turn off option. If you’re using an extension, then remove it.
  • Try signing in to your BT email account to see if the Error code persists.

Clear Browsing data

Is the Error Code TS-0003 still there? If so, try clearing the browsing data of your web browser. Doing this will remove the corrupted stored cache and data of the browser, and you’ll be able to sign in to your account without any issues. 

Chrome

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Del buttons together or navigate to the More tools > Clear browsing data.
  • Now, select the Time range to All time and ensure that the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.
  • After that, click on Clear data.
  • At last, head to the BT email sign-in page, try signing into your account, and check if this fixes the error.

Use Another Browser

If the error code persists, try using another browser. There were some users who were able to sign in to their BT email account without having any error code or issue. 

So, try changing your web browser and if you’re currently using Google Chrome, then try using Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, then visit BT Email Sign-in page and check whether you’re able to sign in to your account or not.

If none of the steps works for you and you’re unable to get past the error code, then contact BT customer support. There are a few different ways you can do so. You can visit the BT website and use the live chat feature, or call BT on 0800 800 150 and ask them to provide you with a resolution to fix this Error Code.
